Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

  • Shipping times and costs depend on the destination and the products ordered. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the period stated at the time of purchase.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to most products. Warranty claims should be directed to Capital Car Audio for assistance.

Installation Services

If you purchase installation services from Capital Car Audio, you agree that all installation work will be scheduled in advance and performed by qualified technicians. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damages not caused by our installation work.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Capital Car Audio. These may include appointment reminders, order updates, service notifications, promotional offers, and customer support messages.
